In this course you will learn how to assess and design a XenDesktop 7 app and desktop solution while taking into consideration important projects and architectures that most Citrix customers implement regardless of industry and use cases.
You will also learn how to build a specific design for your organization as well as the tools and references needed to support your work.
This course is aimed at desktop virtualization solution designers, architects, consultants and engineers.
Upon completion you will know how to:

Students need to have:
- Intermediate knowledge of Citrix Desktop Virtualization Components/Concepts
- Basic understanding of project management and documentation best practices
- Basic presentation skills
- Windows Server Knowledge (Windows Server 2012), including Active Directory and DHCP
- Basic networking knowledge
- Knowledge of SQL Server and general understanding of databases, permissions, security, and high availability
- General understanding of physical and virtual storage, including NAS, SAN, SSD, and CIFS
- Familiarity with hypervisor technologies (XenServer, Hyper-V, or vSphere)
- Completion of or equivalent knowledge of topics covered in:
